Why we can not offer refunds:
As we custom print every poster through our friends at Printful, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We do not store any physical goods and each poster is printed uniquely once we receive your order. Our policy is supported by § 312g BGB (German jurisdiction) which states that custom build products are exempt from the general right of return for online purchases (§ 355 BGB). Please do not send your purchase back to either us or Printful.
Exchanges of damaged or defective goods:
While we can’t offer returns, we are of course willing to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged, defective of wrongly shipped item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item Printful.

Costs of return shipment for damaged, defective or wrongly shipped items will be covered by Printful.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
